If you haven't already, make sure you check out the intro post for this week. Meditate on this verse, let it sit in your mind and heart, and learn as much as you can from this piece of God's inspired Word. It's also helpful to read through this verse in it's context before you meditate on it:

10 ...so that you may approve what is excellent, and so be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, 11 filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

This week we'll be trying out something new - meditation on shorter passages of scripture. Since we're studying through the book of Philippians, each day this week will have one or two verses from the passage we looked at last Sunday. Instead of cramming a lot of verses into twenty minutes, spend your time this week taking each verse and dwelling on it. Think about it over and over again, and figure out what it says about God and how you can respond. Let me know in the comments how it's going!

This Week: Meditating on Philippians

Monday - Philippians 1:3-5
Tuesday - Philippians 1:6
Wednesday - Philippians 1:7
Thursday - Philippians 1:8
Friday - Philippians 1:9
Saturday - Philippians 1:10
