If you haven't already, make sure you check out the intro post for this week. Meditate on this verse, let it sit in your mind and heart, and learn as much as you can from this piece of God's inspired Word. It's also helpful to read through this verse in it's context before you meditate on it:

7 It is right for me to feel this way about you all, because I hold you in my heart, for you are all partakers with me of grace, both in my imprisonment and in the defense and confirmation of the gospel.
